I have been getting washing machines, fridge freezers etc off this company for years. This time they really excelled! I took my tumble dryer in for repair. It was well out of warranty and had stopped drying the clothes. They looked at the machine and told me the fault (me not cleaning one of the filters!!!). They could have easily ripped me off and said it was something else and charge me for it. Instead they cleaned it out for me and my machine came back looking like new. Best of all, they didn't charge me a penny. You don't often get customer service like that these days. Thank you so much. I would 100% recommend this company.

Cannot fault these guys! Saved our butt's after being let down by a major online company, went to Appliances2Go. Keiran was so helpful, got what we needed ( washing machine) as hadn't had one for a week. It was actually better, bigger and cheaper than the one we'd originally brought. They delivered it within 2 hrs. Thankyou so much guys, you are amazing. Buy local peeps ?

Got a fridge freezer from here that only lasted a month. Called them and told them that it stopped working and they came out the same day and replaced it. However less than 12 hours later and the new fridge freezer is not cooling the fridge so have now wasted loads of food that won't stay fresh and they are now not open until Monday so unable to get fresh food in for my 2 kids ?Happy with the customer service but upset that 2 appliances in a row have not worked

Been waiting over 4 months to have a fridge freezer that works, and all I am met with after waiting so long is ?it?s nothing to do with us, go to another company?, from a very confrontation ?boss?. Despite making the purchase from this shop. The lads working here are cool but what a tool of a top man. I just wanted a fridge freezer that works and apparently £120 gets you a six month wait without and a rude man when you try and find resolution. Disappointment
