Horrible place. Useless lady in self checkout. She is nasty and not helpful at all. 15.40pm. 30. Dec. 2023. Never ever anyone.

There is a great choice here, at very reasonable prices. The kitchen and homeware items can be of really good design too.

It was fine as supermarkets go, the staff were helpful and plenty of parking spaces.

I placed an order online for delivery between 11-12 (2/12) I received an email saying that it was out for delivery, driver rang saying that he couldn't find the address,I explained fully how to find it,had delivery from there before. Ten minutes later I received a text saying they had cancelled my order, rang up and the lady said the driver cancelled due to not being able to find address,it's totally unacceptable and if I wanted it redelivered today I would have to pay £ 8.50 more, lost a customer in me today

Like shopping in an Amazon warehouse. Staff filling home delivery trollies everywhere. Long queues to pay, but many checkouts closed.

Southern fried wrap drowned in bbq sauce, no mention of it on the menu so have wasted money on 2 wraps we cannot eat.

ASDA PLYMOUTH, as a disabled person Asda has no thought or consideration at all for disabled people , no disabled check outs ?, no wheelchairs what so ever , only 3 electric scooters which are [ 9 out of ten times broken , and it takes month's for them to get repaired ] children are allowed to jump all over them and shake them about , not one of the staff asked them to get off them , Asda has been it PLYMOUTH's local paper as being the worst super market , and I have to say I agree one hundred percent, the staff are wonderful, and the choice of food is great , but as I said the service or thought for disabled customers is NILL , i had a scooter last time at Asda and it broke down there was no one to help us so my husdand went and got me another one which lasted all of ten minutes, we now go to Sainsburys, alot more tills and alot more consideration for disabled customers.

I have shopped at the Plymouth store regularly since it opened .Recently I have noticed there are never any small trolleys available and I have to go searching around the car park to find one .I see a lot of other older people doing the same .I have reluctantly recently been using the self service tills and now each time I ask for a receipt I do not get one .These may seem like small complaints but I do feel the high standard I was used to is slowly going down hill .

Attempted to return an item, only one side of customer services deals with returns - but this is not signposted at all, so I queued for what I thought was the line for customer service to then be rudely told it was only for tobacco and there is a separate queue for returns. The counter is labeled services, there is no signage to suggest you need to queue for a specific cashier.I was unable to receive a refund to my original payment method as I was told they cannot refund though the contactless on my phone (which I paid with) and I would need a physical card to receive the refund. I was told I could get ANY bank card to receive the refund.I have never had any problems returning items and receiving a refund to my phone through the contactless method I used to pay. All other major retailers I have shopped at offer this and I do not understand how Asda can accept payment through contactless but are unable to refund though this method.

The staffing levels at Estover are ridiculous. Queue at the tills on a Sunday were worse than the mass xmas shop! Only two tills staffed and 40min wait to get served. Self scanning had a queue snaking around the store with one member of staff ran ragged for all the self scan issues! Will not visit again

I will never go back, encountered an extremely rude staff member that I should have reported in all honesty. Not going to go into the whole debacle ,but the slim colleague with the goaty really needs to learn some manners, and the art of talking to people... Tried to use their position to bully someone in front of paying customers who was just trying to do their job...Go to a different Asda, or bypass and go to a Tesco's or Sainsbury's and thank me later..

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at ASDA Supermarket and wanted to share my positive feedback. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my trip even more enjoyable. ASDA's wide selection of products and competitive prices were impressive, and I appreciate the convenient online shopping options they offer. Overall, ASDA Supermarket provides a great shopping experience with excellent customer service and value for money. Highly recommended!

Asda itself was OK. While there l got a Warren's pasty feeling a bit peckish, looked, was hot, but it tasted of nothing, l could not taste the swede, the meat, or the other veg in it. All l could taste was the vast amount of pepper they used.Very disappointing.
