Staff are unhelpful and unapproachable, especially the man who came off quite rude to me and my partner both times we visited.I recommend going to the boots opticians in Drake circus instead, the staff there are lovely.

First they couldn't find my appointment, and then they call me to say that I do have one, not leaving me enough time to get there. Then they don't answer the phone when trying to call them for 40 minutes.
