Will close there doors before closing hours, which is an inconvenience when you travel to them near closing time. Shut over 20 minutes early today. Google advertises they close at 5:15pm but the doors were locked at 4:55pm...

Got my click and collect order. I don't have a car, just a large bag and I am disabled. Customer Assistant took items out of box so they could fit in my bag.

Shelves half empty, didn't have what I wanted, very unhelpful staff. Glad I don't live here. Went in here because Superdrug, next door, was so bad but no better here.

Visited Boots at 4.50pm yesterday wanting medical advice - advisor I initially spoke to very patiently listened and directed me to speak to the pharmacist who was very helpful. Even though there were a lot of people waiting and the store closed at 5pm I felt I received a high level of care and support. Thank you to the whole team.

I've stopped going here because of an extremely unfriendly shop assisstant-- short woman with glasses.For instance-- I bought a bag of popcorn, realised the seal down the length of the pack was open as I left the shop, quickly went back to this woman and asked to exchange for a sealed one-- "Are you sure YOU didn't open it?!" Not only would this be incredibly difficult to do, as it wasn't along the top or bottom, but rather the back of the pack, why would I even bother to do that?Next time I'm in, I'm near the counter, but haven't walked up to it as I was on the phone to my Mum. "Can I help?" She asks whilst I was mid-sentence... I replied "no, thank you". She didn't look happy about that? I missed how much she said my shop had come to, so asked her to kindly repeat it "erm, it should say on the card reader now" she said it really abruptly.She's always rude and short with me. I've worked in customer service for many years and this is not how you do it, folks.
