This is really a prescription pick-up point. Very poor stock and poor product ranges, probably due to its size. Smaller than a corner shop. Good for basic things, if you don?t care what brand you buy. Awful.

Absolutely useless!! Asked at the counter for ear drops for an infection caused by water ingress. I was looked at like I was an alien. Then told I would probably need to see a doctor first!! Flying in the face of our doctor shortage. Then the staff member said he would get some advice, asked another girl and she said try taking ibuprofen and it might go away by itself!!! I have had the same problem in Cyprus on holiday before and they gave me drops that cleared it up within a couple of days I told them, oh yes they have different rules over there I was told!! I left with nothing and told them I will go and bother a doctor, but I know I won?t get an appointment. This country is on its knees!

Staff allways polite and friendly, very knowledgeable. Went the extra mile for us when our elderly mother was receiving palliative care. We won't use any other Pharmacy

May as well get rid of their phone lines as rarely answer it!!!Not very useful when trying to find out regarding prescription?s that keep you alive etc!!!!!And the chemist manager has a bad attitude at the best of times?.

The woman that answers the phone is always very rude. I call to check if my sons prescription is there and she always has an attitude. No customer service skills at all
