Here's an idea co-op when I'm using the self checkout and it's not working properly and I click the help button how about actually coming and helping me instead of tapping your screen and ignoring me completely, must of pressed that button 5 time's and still I was ignored I even called one of your workers over yet still I was ignored ended up just leaving half my shopping behindI always have this same problem everytime I come in and the self checkouts aren't working.Not a happy customer

Normally a great place with great staff but occasionally let down by the odd one with a surly and unhelpful attitude. When I?m saying please and thank you I don?t expect to be addressed as ?Oi? or ?fella?, followed by being ignored and a smug smirk. Surely it can?t be that difficult. Just a shame the hard work of most the staff is negated by the odd idiot.
