After previously buying a Oris watch and having a great experience at the store, I went in store to look at a new Tudor watch for my upcoming birthday. I asked the member of staff what sort of movement there would be on the price. I was asked would I be buying the watch there and then, to which I responded no as I needed to know the price so I knew what money I would need to get together. I was stunned when she told me that she couldn?t discuss a price unless I was going to purchase the watch. 3 members of staff and I'm the only one in the store. I nearly walked out of the store just to look at the sign to see if I was actually in a shop. Retail stores are dying, and when you can?t discuss a price with a customer and possibly temp me with a deal I can?t refuse, you can understand why. Maybe if the stall was super busy, or the watch was in high demand I could understand. Ended up calling a Tudor dealer in another city who did me a deal over the phone and watch will be delivered the following day.

Shocking!Shocking customer serviceShocking poor flimsy quality and refused a refund!My husband bought a pair of earings for £150 that was not wanted I had not taken them out of the box! Not put a finger on them! You could clearly see they hadn't been touched!I spoke to customer service via the phone and she stated on a few occasions that it was down to the manager discretion but couldn't see an issue especially with the cost of living we are currently facing! £150 is alot of money to loose!We went to the store to be greeted by a man who sold my husband the earings and basically fobbed us off before we even spoke! He went off to speak to the manager then returned and said she was unavailable to talk to and has left the store for a hour! Which was also rude! So we then waited and returned to what felt like that scene from pretty woman I felt like we was not good enough to be in that shop what so ever and no-one has the right to make anyone feel like that! She was rude snobby and dam right arrogant as soon as she approached us! Told us nothing she can do and basically thar was it I did get quite angry as its an absolute joke I understand you can't return earings buy they HADN'T BEEN OUT OF THE BOX!Will never be returning

Very poor quality and terrible customer service! I had my engagement ring for less than 3 years and diamond fell out! I'm very careful when I'm wearing my ring, also I keep it in box provided by FH! But somehow I managed to break platinum ring (that they claimed, it's unbreakable when purchasing!)So after spending lot of money on ring, they want me to pay more for repair! I never did anything to break my ring, it's 100% poor quality and appalling costumer service!Really hope people reed this, before they decide to spend significant amount of money and risk to loose their diamonds!564-15645 Repair number.

We visited the store today to ask if they were able to offer a service to untangle a chain. The lady(think she was called Dionne) advised that although they didn't offer this service it could be sent away but offered to give it a go herself and would contact us to let us know if she was successful. Within an hour of leaving the chain with her she called to say she had untangled it. To offer to help when officially they didn't do the service, is going above and beyond. And to add to it we weren't charged a penny. So impressed with the service. Well done Dionne, you made a girl very happy today :)

I popped into the store during my lunchtime after being told by my husband to get a new wedding ring. I was helped by Lou and Susan who could not have been more helpful. I described what sort of ring I was looking for and they both went out of their way to find samples and even suggested alternatives. They were very friendly and professional with no sales pressure at all - which makes a refreshing change. I have been a customer there before and will certainly be again in the future. I cannot wait until my new arrives so that I can take another look around the store. Well done ladies, you made my day .

My fiancé and I came into the shop on Saturday to look for wedding bands.We instantly felt out of place when walking in as the lady looked at us but did not come over initially. When she did eventually come over, I explained what we were looking for and she took one look at my ring and told me I needed a shape to fit ring only and it would take 10 weeks as they don?t have them in store. She said this with a condescending tone and seemed confused as to why we didn?t already know that. She then asked when the wedding was, I said December, she laughed and said it takes 10 weeks. We just said thanks and walked out and went to drakes where we were met with a much friendlier experience.If you?re a young couple and looking for an enjoyable exciting experience where you can speak to an expert about your options, be invited to try rings on and feel like you belong in there, I do not recommend this shop, definitely head to drakes.This is the first review I have ever left but felt I wanted to do this as we felt really embarrassed when we left which is a shame as we were really excited to be able to try some on and seek advice.

My mum and I popped in last Saturday and treated ourselves each to a watch. The level of service from Susan and Lou was exemplary. They made us both feel like a million dollars, it was a fun and happy morning and I can?t thank them enough for their service, help and lovely company. Keep up the fabulous work ladies and we will see you again soon!

Absolutely brilliant service from Susan Hall. She was so lovely, friendly and patient. You could immediately tell that she loved her job from the way she chose a variety of different styled rings for me to try, to then finding the perfect one for me. After a bad experience with a well known jewellers, Susan made everything stress free and overall a fantastic experience.

I went into the store and bought a lovely secrid wallet for me. the lady on the store Demelza gave us all the details and showed us a vegan version which was even better as our son is vegan so we bought it for his xmas present. Demelza was super freindly and helpful and we walked out with 2 wallets rather than one but we were really pleased with the quality of the service and Demelzas knowledge of the product line. would definitely recommend Fraser Hart and shop there again. The manager of Frasier hart was recommended as the person to speak to about the authenticity of my watch today. When I went in and spoke to a different young man saying that the manager was the gentleman I had been told to speak with he went to ask him about my watch, the manager couldn?t even be bothered to come over the 10 feet to speak with me in person he simply sent a message via the young man that they couldn?t help me or advise me on how to authenticate my watch.I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend Frasier hart to anyone in the future.

Really disappointed I have spent £17,000 on watches over the years, and my recent service has been away for over 4 months, won?t be going there again, glad the new omega Breitling stores have opened
