Poor customer service, didn't listen to my request. Spent more time being nosy and trying to confirm my id then what I wanted.Just sought to sell me insurance and other products not required. I went into Skipton and was treated correctly.

Went to the Halifax today, I would just like to say how fantastic a young lady called Kinga was, she was so helpful and understanding, an absolute asset to your bank, Thankyou

Staff are helpful, but departments don't communicate with each other properly and transactions are not recorded properly. Spent ages on the phone yesterday trying to sort out an issue which has now occurred. There has been a mistake on their part and I feel an apology to myself is appropriate.
