Clean and comfortable, some staff lack interest, any request seemed to be annoying for them, advertised 24 hours, but rang bell no answer.Cleaners were pleasant and friendly, hotel staff could do with retraining.

Receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable indeed.Running the whole show on his OWN with one member of staff in the Kitchen. These people need a PAY RISE.Ian

Location is near the motorway and a huge gyratory. No local shop unless you drive. There is a restaurant in the reception area with really nice food.Breakfast is self serve buffet.Rooms: Room was standard with tv, desk, tea and coffee. There was a shower.
