Advertised as opening till 7pm weeknights - shut when I arrived at 6pm today. Bit disappointed as had a wasted journey.

Went for a quick wash, the staff was not really friendly and the car wasn't washed properly. I had to go around again to get it jet washed.

Every other IMO washes the back of the car upon going into the wash as they know it isn't sufficient enough to really clean the back. Yet this is the 2nd time I've gone to this particular wash and they never spray the back! Back of car is still utterly filthy. Spoke to the one in Crownhill and they said they should be doing it as all other areas do & it's pure laziness. Won't be returning, who wants to come home and scrub the back of the car!

Regular user.weekly. Paid for diamond wash yesterday. No one washed the back window and bumper as usual. Awful clean. Dirt still on car. Drying too was poor.

Had a bad experience here. Chose a mid priced wash and went through the car wash. On my way back home after leaving the wash, I noticed that all the windows were very streaky with residue. I stopped to inspect my car and it looked like the soap and wax hadn?t been properly rinsed off.I went back and the two guys I spoke to just tried to fob me off saying there was nothing wrong with the machine. They offered to clean the windows but I refused this and asked to go through the wash again but just on a basic cycle. Even after this second run through the wash, my car didn?t look completely clean. With the negative attitude I received first time, I just decided to cut my losses and left.I won?t be returning here in a hurry.

Pretty sure I've reviewed this place already. If not, cheap and cheerful car wash. £2.99 for a basic. Zero complaints here as I've used this service time and again.

My car was literally filthy as I live near to a dairy farm. The attendants couldn?t have been more helpful and my car was sparkling at the end of my visit. I will definitely be returning!
