Agree with James and Elena about asking for a receipt. I picked up around £7 worth of stuff and the young lad that was new there asked for £12. I clocked onto this and asked for a receipt. The amount quickly changed to £7 again. Me asking seemed to shake him up a little. Now I think about my transactions and realised I?ve been overcharged many times.

The worst experience ever. I felt so unwelcomed by rude and ignoring man, lying about new collection policies at amazon. I didn't get my parcel, he refused to give an item I paid for to me, even contacted by amazon. Looks like he likes to keep parcels for himself. how is it called? thievery..? I will avoid them at all times. I rather collect amazon from the lockers than go back to this shop with ill-mannered customer service.

I got given a code for emergency electric top up, and nowhere else i went to in town would even attempt it because it's a pain to do,but the lady who works here was really friendly and so helpful, managed to get it to work. Lifesaver!thank u

Shop is tiny there was a man standing to the left of the door the older guy that does delivery just stood there knowing I need to get through when I asked politely if I could get through which he did not so I forced my way through uncomfortably being a female... I went to pay for my item waiting patiently for someone to serve me when another guy comes out and serves me at this point the older guy is now stood close behind me whilst I'm being served I did not feel comfortable in this situation especially being in Stonehouse... from this experience I felt unsafe and wish to not have to shop there again...

I ordered some items to be delivered to L M Stores via the DHL/HubBox delivery service, but when I went to collect, they were not there. When I shared proof from DHL that the items were delivered, they said they would investigate by looking at their CCTV footage, which they then failed to do. When I followed up, they refused to take any further action. What is more, they failed to call me back, having said they would on multiple occasions. I had to chase them up the whole time and (much) more often than not, they didn't pick up the phone. In short, terrible service and untrustworthy.
