Now one of only two Lloyds branches in the City Centre.
The number of counter staff has been reduced, but systems have been automated.
'Helpers' are onhand to assist technophobes. Actually, the automated systems are quite easy to use. When paying in cheques, the receipt now includes a photocopy of the cheque!
Counter staff are still available to assist customers in all banking requirements.

Slowest bank ever I’ve seen it takes for ever To do something, only one or two staff working overall 👎

Quick and friendly service. Plenty of machines to do the day to day operations without queues.
