If I could give a 0 rating I would. Pharmacist always on lunch. Staff look like they have better places to be, and never apologise if you have to wait the 10 (45) mins.

Absolute shambles this pharmacy, more staff doing nothing round the back than serving customers, long wait to get seen then get prescription thrown back at me, we don?t have this so go elsewhere! Well i have and a much better service. Avoid this place at all costs!

Sat down for a Sunday morning breakfast. Delighted to see "two boiled eggs with soldiers" on the menu. Took a while to come. They came and changed the table number for some reason. Then after 10 minutes the eggs arrived. I eagerly chopped off the top of the first egg and strangely, the bullet like yolk actually popped up out of its surrounding white by 5mms. On further examination one side of the white was discoloured! A sort of muddy brown colour. Out of curiosity I lopped off the top of the other egg. This was as solid as the first one (no soldier dipping here) and again the white was discoloured and sort of layered on one side. Took them back and asked for a refund. Manager was very defensive and said they didn't know how the eggs were bad.

When we arrived we ordered our food and proceeded to the table, the first table we picked was filthy, so we tried to locate another that was clean, finally when I thought we hit the jackpot the chairs was covered in food debris and the floor was caked in filth. When I was called the the counter to collect my drinks, I asked for a napkin, I wasn?t even given eye contact by the lady serving, she just staid they are over there, I politely explained there wasn?t any napkins left could she refill them, again no eye contact she just shouted randomly for someone to get napkins, so patiently I waited for about 5 mins with my hot drinks getting cold, I said to the last again ?I take it there won?t be any napkins coming?? She just replied ?I have asked them to top up the napkins?. In there defence the cafe was 1/2 to 3/4 full, what didn?t help was one server walking around with one hand holding her phone to her ear for about 10 mins, it looked like she was on hold or something, turns out she was listening to the BBC news result of a criminal court case! All I can say the experience was horrendous. The shop in general has poor customer relations, it could do with head office having a secret shopper to actually see how bad.

I feel sorry for the staff, obviously understaffed as run off their feet! Long wait on food , drank coffees before food arrived! Dirty plates cups etc all piled up on three tables The ladies serving were lovely ! We often find that items are run out when we order! My husband spoke to management in the store part who blamed it on the weather! No mate it is always like this! He didn't seem to care just made excuses People asking for refunds! I came home and within an hour was unwell Terrible S&D and in bed writing this review Will not be returning again

The joke how many people does it take to change a lightbulb comes to mind. 7 members of staff , the pharmacist dealing with 1 person Infront of me while another stood watching them and still stood for 10min to be rudely told we will get to you. Come on there's better ways to get paid for doing nothing without being obvious you are lazy as hell ?

The pharmacy was open until 7pm, I arrived at 6:40pm after rushing there after work to be told they wouldn't serve anyone after the person in front of me (I was third in the queue). I'm raging!

Completely disorganised and backed up with prescriptions. Turning people away despite prescriptions being sent over well on advance. Do yourself a favour.. don't come here.

Well I have to say I?ve been really delighted by the approach of the team there. Especially Debbie who I think is a locum. I really do think people exist that go the extra mile and twice now Debbie has done that for me. Really professional and always try hard to ensure they turn things around as quickly as possible. I?m glad my prescriptions go here. Thanks to the team!!

I am disgusted and disappointed with how I have been treated. My prescription was messed up by my surgery. (Understandably not the pharmacy?s fault) BUT I was told by a lovely pharmacist on the phone (unfortunately not there on the day) that has been dealing with my issue that I could come down and pick up what was owed. I was made to feel that I was trying to get a prescription for free when the VERY RUDE BLONDE LADY didn?t even have the decency to listen to me. I was owed half of my prescription that I was returning for and she not only accused me of trying to get something for free, I later find out that she had spoke to someone I know (unknowingly that we knew them) stating ?the cheek of some people!) I am appalled. I had another long haired blonde lady and a bald pharmacist with the rude blonde bob lady all confront me and not give me one second to explain what was going on. After leaving WITHOUT my mental health medication, I sat in the disabled bathroom for an hour having a panic attack. No apologies and as I was hyperventilating she was telling me what to do and I asked her to leave me alone (she didn?t) I told her this happens offer and she replied ?I know it does in a sarcastic tone) no idea who this woman is to tell me she understands even slightly what is going on with my mental health.If you cannot communicate correctly you certainly shouldn?t be working in a setting where people struggle with their health.You have NO idea what people are going through so BE KIND.I now have been out of my medication for 5 days and have no way of picking them up as even the thought of going to that place makes me panic.It is a shame as there?s a lovely pharmacist there (black hair and very helpful) but this three-some has really let the whole place down.

Doesn?t say much for Morrisons when they can organise a cafe when the only thing on the menu is a cooked breakfast. It still took 50 minutes to arrive when it was fairly quiet.

Table not clean given wrong breakfast no black pudding saying we hadnt paid for it but we had given wrong coffee. Food cheap tasting

The blond female serving today was rude, abrupt and posessed no customer service skills or ability to be even polite to the people in front of me today. I stood in the queue frankly amazed at how she was talking to the numerous people in front of me. I didn't even get a please or thank you on being served.... let alone a sorry to have kept you waiting, when I was stood for well over 30mins.
