The customer service in this branch is appalling. Not enough staff and they use a stupid tablet system to book people in for appointments. The staff are obviously stressed out probably due to staffing cuts.

Just went in to book an appointment with a mortgage advisor and they fobbed me off and told me to go online even though the letter i received told me i could book an appointment.

This branch have a history of losing people's debit cards so that's why I no longer trust this one.

I've been a customer for 15 years but since moving to Plymouth I have switched banks; purely because of how bad customer service is now. Nationwide are a million times better

Nice open plan area inside with 2 small seating areas. Can be busy at peak time's but staff do there best to help any one waiting.
