Seats are too close to each other. The amphitheatre layout is good, but avoid the lower wings; do look at the seating arrangement before booking to avoid the lower wings. The theatre staff were both professional and friendly.

Stayed on hold for 20+ minutes because their hold music said I was number 1 in the queue when in reality no one was manning the lines -_- if you don't have a call handler then don't pretend you do

My wife came to see Sarah Millican. Good venue with bar serving a limited amounted of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, also sone snacks available. More orderly queuing system in place during our latest visit.
Following the latest advice from The Government regarding the recommendation to avoid all social contact, in particular mass gatherings and social events, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close Plymouth Pavilions from close until further notice.
