It'd be really nice if the opening hours were right & consistent. PO web site says indefinitely closed, hours on glass say 0900-1730 except 0900-1300 Sat & closed Sun, Maps updated by business a few weeks ago says updated by business to close Thursday & be open 0900-1730 Sat. Was closed at 1725 Sat, seems it closed at 13:00. Aside from the hours this is a good place with friendly & helpful service.

Incorrect opening hours for Saturday. Went there at 5pm (said it would be open until 5:30pm) and it was shut. On the counter it said it closed at 1pm. Disappointing.

Just went to do some shopping as its my local and first thing i see is people walking round with no face masks and the security officer doing and saying nothing to them ,then when i queued up i had to tell some man to step back as he was virtually trying to climb on my back and had no face mask. its a small shop and lots of elderly shop there as well so i hope they don't catch the virus because of the shops incompetence. Avoid unless you want corona.

Would mark a zero if I could. Stood there for at least at least 15 minutes before the lady who was sat with her phone in her hand and the curtain down half way realised I was there and rudely served me.

Now closing to unofficial hours. We have a new member of staff that now takes our post to the post office and they have been rude to her on each occasion. On one occasion they were not open at 4.15pm and we could not send out franked mail and they took them the following day. They were closed early yesterday and today would not take the parcels we could not send because they were closed at a cost of us having to re-frank letters and parcels to the value of almost £25.00. Rules seem to made up as they go and if they are in a good or bad mood. Service used to be good but is rapidly going downhill. service needs to be brought up to scratch.

I hate the staff (is one particular lady). Is very unfriendly and always asks stupid questions. I don't think she is qualified for this job. I've asked what is the difference between the first class or the 2nd class and the answer was 1st class is 1st class and 2nd class is 2nd class.

Some staff are nosy as to what you are sending where they should only ask if its banned items. Ive send a few parcels from here and the price is always diffrent even though its the same weight as its the same product each time. Ive paied between £5 and £17 for them.
