This has to be the worst store in Plymouth. The staff are extremely rude, totally unfriendly, as well as very very unhelpful. Use the one on Royal Parade, much better. Definitely minus 5 stars, but you have to rate at least 1 unfortunately.

Went to pay for my purchases yesterday morning two young guys pointed at self service telling me to use them instead of a human. I put the goods on the till and walked out.. Customer service obviously not in the Poundland training.
