Mark and the team at Studio One supplied us with the entire furniture and fitments for a shower room, a bathroom and guest WC, which were all fitted by our own team. They have a great showroom, we were professionally advised, service was great, delivery prompt and prices very competitive.Moreover, the follow up service was amazing. A year after installation there was an issue, a product defect, which caused some damage, sometimes these things happen. This was by no means any fault of Studio One, the culpability lay purely with the manufacture.Mark?s and Liam?s support with the issue, including site visit, liaising with our team and super swift delivery of a replacement was impeccable. They also stood by us 100% in the claim process, dealing with the manufacturer on our behalf to secure the recompense of all costs. Exactly the level of service and support one needs in such situations and hugely appreciated.After sales service is often lacking these days but not at Studio One, they genuinely care about their customers, and we cannot recommend highly enough. If you?re looking for a huge choice of products in an impressive showroom, friendly and professional service, fair prices, reliable delivery times and after sales care, you cannot go wrong with Studio One South West!

What can I say...Mark and his team were wonderful. Being busy parents with demanding jobs and businesses. We were looking for an amazing bathroom and en-suite for our renovation but were time poor. We visited Studio One SW's showroom and were blown away by the quality of everything on show, you could tell that a lot of time and effort had gone into selecting the items - we could of gone for any of them and been happy! In the end, we spent an hour and a half at the studio, and with Mark's help, we had selected every item for both rooms from the tile colour trim to the toilet! Remarkable.From that point onwards, we went with a design and installation fee and were truly impressed with how smoothly it all went. Mark's team are professional, polite and immensely skilled. The team completed both projects to a very high standard and any challenge was dealt with smoothly and with care. We are very happy with both suites and get many compliments from friends and family. Thank you to the whole team Mark. Excellent work and craftsmanship from all.

The whole team were excellent at Studio One South West. I have never had a team of people work so professionally, paying attention to every small detail on a home project and yet keeping us involved in decisions as as that arose. We had a total bathroom transformation and couldn?t be happier with the results. We now have a unique bespoke bathroom that is a joy to be in rather than a functional bathroom. I could not recommend Studio One South West any higher for quality and care in all they do.

A huge thank you to studio one for completing our bathroom and ensuite, the service and products are second to non.We visited many local showrooms but just didn?t get the all round service we wanted, that was until we made an appointment with mark and the team at studio one. We are at the start of planning our new bathroom. Martin our planner took us around the showroom pointing out various fixtures and fittings. We came away with some good ideas. Since this will be the last time we expect to change the bathroom we are going to pay the extra to get high quality fittings which should last.

Excellent company offering high quality products and very professional. Also very customer focussed and sensitive to the fact that they are in someone else's home. Put protective film over all carpets and stairs, cleared up at the end of each day and impeccible workmanship. Kept us up to date on progress each day. Totally happy to recommend them.
