“Or local Lidl is 4 or 5 mins away from us. Disabled parking on most occasions. Friendly staff, good pricing and the online app gives me lots of money off vouchers and most weeks free baked goods. What else do I need. We make a saving shopping here.”

“The security guard today has been extremely helpful. I am due my first baby in a week and not only did he help pack my shopping, but he also carried it to my car for me and helped load. This has been the only time in 9 months that I’ve experienced such amazing customer service and actually bought a tear to my eye. Thank you.”

“It's Iceland food store !! They have an excellent, huge selection of frozen foods to choose from. If you can't find something that you like, then you are far too fussy !!”

“A very large shop, you can easily find everything that you need. They still have a café where we always have a breakfast when we take a break on our journey down to Cornwall. Then we get any shopping we need.”

“the store itself is quite small and there isn't a lot of dedicated parking, however the staff are helpful and the layout is easy to navigate. plus the bakery always smells great!”

“What's not to love about this Lidl. It's clean, the staff are friendly, I can buy a decent family size shop cheaper than anywhere else and food quality wise I'm delighted with about 80% of what we buy. Yes it doesn't stock everything, you always queue, but the quality food at a very reasonable price make up for it in my eyes. ”

“Terrific customer service. I had 2 large sacks of dog food plus some smaller items in my trolley and took it through the self serve checkout terminals. Before I had even started, the CSA spotted me and entered the code for the sacks into the terminal, so that I didn't have to move the sacks from the trolley. Proactive, efficient, friendly and speedy service at a self-service checkout - amazing service from.the relevant young man (eat your heart out Morrisons).”

“Parking is a bit of a mess as everyone tries to park outside the front of the store, sometimes directly in front of the entrance of the store, or right by the entrance to the car park (making it difficult for people coming in and out simultaneously) as they're afraid of walking the 20 or so troubling yards up the hill.Store itself is tidy though and has a lot to offer, staff are great. :)”

“Friendly staff. Has most of what you need for a quick shop. Isles are close together so, if in a wheelchair wouldn't be possible. Is more expensive than a supermarket, but then corner shops usually are.”

“This review is for the cafe outside the entrance on the ground floor of the shopping centre. We got there just as they had cleared the chiller but staff were lovely, we had just travelled over 3 hours on a train with NO buffet service so were parched and hungry. I wanted to write this review because the two staff members , one male and one female were so nice. This was about 4.35pm on 30/3/22. They really set the tone for our stay in Plymouth and are great ambassadors for M & S. Coffee and cake was good too.”

“Busy but as per normal the staff, all of them brilliant. Always willing to go that one stage further and help out. Well done them.Well bearing in mind I wrote the above last year and having been a loyal customer for years today's visit was a disaster. Shop was busy..only one person on the tills. Shocking. Lady worked off her feet. Whoever was in charge should feel ashamed. When asked where staff were was told "out the back".When pushed another member of staff appeared. We all know the pressure that shop staff are under with Covid etc etc, but today's visit has left a really bad taste. Not good enough. Leaving one person on shop floor with no security should not happen. Unsafe for her and customers.”

“Great supermarket with inhouse bakery, selling food, groceries, fruit & veg, dairy & frozen goods, all sorts of household goods, clothes, leisure, garden & outdoor goods. Each week, certain items available dependant on which theme Lidl cover; ie., Italian week, Mediterranean week, Greek week etc.Costs are always very reasonable & Lidl Plus App well worth installing, as many more savings can be made. Staff in Sur ton, Surrey stores very friendly, hard working & lovely. Car park allows Free parking for 90 mins. No toilet available though.”

“Fantastic shop today. 4 for a fiver so got fish fingers, a pepperoni pizza and two chicken products, all Bird's eye. 2 naans for£1.50 and various veg for a quid each. Not too busy and served by a smiling cashier whom was very nice. First time we've been there in ages. Prices were extortionate but if you look you may find a bargain. Will be there in a fortnight when get paid.”

“Good little local Sainsbury's which has quite a selection of stock. Some thing's are a bit more expensive than the supermarkets but it's local and convenient.”

“Aldi/Lidl are cheapskates. I avoid every single one. Always under staffed, little customer support. Buying bags is now law but with major supermarkets matching branded products. Their major trick is \\\"white labelling\\\" inferior trash my pets won't eat. Nah”

“What can I say really? .. it's Sainsbury's .. you get food, homewares etc. Some things can be more expensive than other supermarkets here, but then again they also have some good offers now and again. I shop around .. but tend to get my fruit here as I prefer the quality.”

“Lovely friendly staff and very good service and and a lovely selection of food and drink. Very good selection of wines and soft drinks and confectionery some items are cheaper than the coop love shopping there. Would recommend a visit.”

“Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. Went out of their way to be helpful and kind . When I was here a couple of months ago I went to pay using my phone without realising it was about to run out of battery. Staff and security put my shopping into a fridge out back and my phone on to charge in the office so that I could pay since I didn't have my physical card on me. I don't particularly have negative or positive feelings about Tesco in general but I wish those staff nothing but the best.”

“I just wanted to prise the staff at this coop, me and my daughter didn’t know how may people was in the shop so we waited anyway till the customer at the till had left, then minutes after 3 women each with prams and two men just walked in and didn’t stick to the rules or the system in place, the 3 women took up a lane to which no one could stick to the system put in place anyway. It is putting the staff at risk, me and my daughter had our masks on but still felt overwhelmed at the customers been so thoughtless, the staff are always amazing and helpful when we go in. Lets support them and protect them by sticking to the rules put in place. Just think about them having to be there everyday. Well done coop staff keep been amazing. I really don’t know how you all keep your cool somedays but well done guys.”
