Staff were helpful the first time I went there but this time the fruits were quite damaged and two of the staff were rude. They were busy chatting, one restocking and the other doing nothing so when I said excuse me they couldn?t hear it. Then one of them said ?you can ask her to move, you know? and the other added ?sorry I can?t see from the back of my head? snarkily. Should?ve just gone to Sainsbury?s instead.

This happened years ago, but it still annoys me. I bought a sandwich from here, but after paying I waited inside the store for my friend to pay for his items. As we were leaving, one of the staff from outside the shop shouted and walked towards me accusing me of stealing. I had to turn back show him my receipt and wait for him to look at it until he said ?yeah ok? and let me go. It doesn?t seem much but it was really embarrassing in front of a new friend from university and I felt like he was trying to intimidate me. There was literally no indication of stealing. Don?t do that to customers.

Mrs Vigus the Store Manager of the discovery Heights Express Store refused me entry to the store as I was barefoot. (since many years I live barefoot cause of health issues and never had any problems in other locations)I am upset and disappointed.Tesco Customer Engagement Centre wrote me that Tesco have a customer dress code, and we rely on their stores to use their discretion and common sense. Based on this code Customers can enter their store without footwear, for religious or cultural reasons, and their staff try to make their customers aware of the risks in doing so. But it is the discretion of the Store Managers if they allow this due to Health & Safety issues.

The fruit is always in really bad shape - bananas are literally always bruised real bad and the other day I was looking for blueberries but every single pack (about 9 on shelf) had at least one mouldy Berry in, even though they didn't go out of date for another 3 days
