All the staff in this office are amazing. Big thanks to Karen who goes the extra mile every time I ring her. She?s brilliant at finding holidays for us. I tell her where and when and she comes up with a variety of options for us to look at. Nothing is too much trouble.

Really friendly and helpful service from Karen and Barry!! After being left feeling frustrated at our experience with another Hays branch where they didn?t seem to want to offer the help and support we needed with an already booked cruise (minus flights) we turned to Hays in Plympton for help. Karen and Barry took the time to understand what we required and really helped with the next stage of our booking (we even asked them to take over the dealing of our existing booking), they were really polite and friendly even staying an hour past closing time so that we got what we wanted and genuinely seemed like they wanted the best for us. After almost an hour and half and 3 bored kids later, we left feeling alot more upbeat and positive about our experience. Thanks guys, we look forward to dealing with you again in the future!! Hope you made your curry night on time Barry lol!

we always book our holidays with Jo amazing help fantastic company ?we book at least three holidays a year through Jo ?would definitely recommend this fantastic company and the service is above and beyond ? all the girls are amazing ?
