Well organised and stocked store. Staff are lovely, really helpful and always friendly, iv been shopping here for years pretty much on a weekly basis and have got myself some amazing bargains - my advice is if you see it and want it, buy it!! cause it wont be there when you come back 99% of the time.I don't understand when people say its hard to shop here, to me its organised and there is a system, everythings if sections eg tshirts are all together, jumpers and hoodies all together, trousers all together - just go to your size in each section, you do not have yo rumsge through every rail unless you want to ?

I went to collect something I'd ordered online. Two younger members of staff, both very friendly, intelligent and helpful. An enjoyable experience I wouldn't hesitate to repeat. A nice range of soaps caught my eye...

I tried to return a gift I had purchased as when carefully taking off the label it pulled off the paint on the colourful paper machete jar. The little jar had also been sellotaped around the lid and base opening, pulling that off would have had the same result. Because the taped up container contained dried apricots it could not be returned, if its opened it will ruin it. Mmm, not too happy about that TKMAX. A gift not given.
