Won't be buying any jewellery from this place again got a gold bracelet which after a while went silver also brought a silver bracelet which went black when I cleaned it they say the jewellery is the real deal but it's not so be careful what you buy from them I did take it back they said it was due to me taking tablets and made up excuses

Placed an order online. Paid. No confirmation of purchase or when delivery will be. Have sent emails asking for help, but no response. Called the store,and they said they can't help and to contact customer services.

Really bad customer service. Walked in to ask questions which were snubbed by the lady behind the counter. Watched her then go to find the jewellery for me in the back room and she's whispering at her colleague about me, rolling her eyes. Just unnecessary and extremely rude.

Have come up from Cornwall to visit on a Thursday. States that you are open until 5.30pm. Upon arriving at 3pm the store was shut with the shutters down. Not what I expected from a popular brand. Will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Would rate 0 if I could!! Been trying to return a bracelet for 4 months now without any joy! Item send my wrist green, tarnished within 2 months of wearing only for the sales assistant to tell me, stress and medication I could of been on may of changed the colour! Any excuse for not just refunding

The worse customer service I have ever experienced! Awful replies - and when they do, emails are very unhelpful full of spelling mistakes and poor grammar.Refuse to refund for unopened gifts purchased less than 48 hours before! Apparently, for customers who come in-store rather than ordering online - refunds are not an option... doesn't make sense. I got told in store if i contact customer services they will issue me a refund... We accidentally ordered two, so would like a refund for the one we don't want. Money is still in their company so I can't work out why refunding is not an option.DO NOT SHOP HERE - seen many more 1 star reviews of unhappy customers!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My Dad who has severe dementia bought a nice necklace as a Christmas gift for my mum. It was a really big deal for him to go out and buy it. When my mum opened the gift she discovered that the chain had both sides of chain clasps missing. She returned the necklace to the shop only to discover they were totally uninterested and refused any help. They refused to replace it and refused to give a refund or repair it. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
