Staff are friendly, chemist was nice when I asked advise about some medication for my child. Overall the best pharmacy in the area. When you have a text to say medication is ready it is waiting for you.

My husband got a text to say his medicine was ready. When he arrived was told it wasn't there. I went down and was told the same. I showed them the text, denied sending it.. I insisted they look and hey presto there it was ! This was the last straw after a long list of errors and persistent problems we're changing pharmacies. To say they are inept would be an understatement.

Absolutely diabolical, if you can go to St Budeaux Square I'd do so, although to be fair you're better off going to any other pharmacy than a well. Shocking poor on stock leaving you days without meds you need and their attitude about it stinks.

I've been a patient here for over 20 years and watched it getting worse and worse. If you have another choice of doctors take it don't register here as you will regret it.No time for you or anyone worse doctors practice in Devon. You can never get an appointment to see a doctor or nurse always 3 to 5 week wait.

If I could I would give this chemist no stars. I'm having to go through my fourth withdrawal in the last 9 months as yet again I've got half my prescription missing! It's not just withdrawals from missing one medication it's several and it's not just a few ruff days it's weeks. I don't know if they are saving money by doing this but it's making my life a misery and I can't take much more. This should be illegal as it is a form of torture. Dispite complaining it happened again the very next time it's almost like they do it on purpose .I've had no painkillers for over a month aswell

Long story short, a prescription for antibiotics was sent through to Well, Stirling Road at 3.30am by Devon Doctors for cellulitis in my leg via the ambulancemen that NHS 111 called for me. It's now gone 3pm and they're still not ready! The doctor said I should collect them and take them this morning. I know cellulitis is serious and it's common that people end up in hospital on iv antibiotics with it. The swelling and redness keeps expanding and STILL no antibiotics. I even went in at midday, thinking they'd had plenty of time, but again, nothing and no-one prepared to expedite them as they'd ONLY JUST printed out the prescriptions and it was "in one of those trays". Well look in one of those trays then! I'm absolutely appalled and disgusted that they were so unprepared to help, even after having been told it was urgent.Had to stand outside and queue to get into the pharmacy again (I'm disabled so this is very hard for me) to hope they'd actually done my script, despite not having text me. The drugs were ready to go on their shelf, finally at 3.45pm. It looks like the dozy server I saw at midday who wouldn't help and who is known for how useless she is, had changed my alerts to a landline number, despite me not having a landline! Absolutely fuming. I complained at the long delay to get these meds as the infection has spread even since midday. Appalling service.

If I could give less than one star i would have, absolutely appalling havent been able to get my tabs for the weekend then being told on a monday morning I have to wait another day. Pathetic overpaid part timers!

Rude staff. After finding out I am type 2 diabetic the diagnosis was only made worse by the counter staff treating me as though I was trying to steal meds.

Just had prescription dispensed but one very important item missing although they say I have received it. Don't know what they thought I was going to do with 50 tablets. Always have to go back to pick up items not in stock. They make it clear they didn't believe me. Very stressful when you are ill. Not very impressed
