We recently bought our new bathroom and en-suite from there. I have to say Katie who was initially at Yeovil store then moved to Sherborne was wonderful. She replied to all correspondence immediately. We also used Bamfords to fit our bathroom and en-suite. Who were recommended by bradfords. Wee are extremely pleased with both our bathroom and en-suite. They are both very luxurious and finished to a very high standard. Maybe see you soon Katie for a kitchen ?

Poor customer service and charged me twice the price of Wickes for cement.

Terrible service. On more than one occasion I have had to wait up to 20 minutes to be served out in the yard, even for the smallest of orders. On top of that the service you eventually get is deplorable.It's a good job the nearest Wickes is in Exeter otherwise Bradford's would be out of business I'm sure.
