“I was in town early this morning, I needed a wooden spoon and a teapot. Gliddons was my first choice, but they were closed when I walked past. As I looked for their opening times, I caught that the manager was the other side of the door trying to find his keys to let me in. He said they weren't open til 9.30, but they were there and it would be silly for a customer to walk away when there was no reason not to let them in.How great it is when a shop has friendly owners who appreciate their customers and open up because they can and because they want to. It's a lovely, well stocked traditional shop and really reasonably priced too, I got exactly what I needed.I don't leave many reviews, but felt this was a breath of fresh air in a time when such a good work attitude and customer service is often lacking.”

She replied to all correspondence immediately. We also used Bamfords to fit our bathroom and en-suite. Who were recommended by bradfords. Wee are extremely pleased with both our bathroom and en-suite. They are both very luxurious and finished to a very high standard. Maybe see you soon Katie for a kitchen ?”
