I was very happy with the lady that I saw in Boots. She was very helpful and I'm very pleased with the sunglasses and glasses I picked. It's hard when you have very bad eyesight to see what you look like in the glasses,but the lady who served me was a great help.

Staff didn't know enough about the product to advise me. Contradicted what an assistant had told me the week before. When I asked to use my Boots over 60s reward card to get 25% off my glasses and lenses it wouldn't work on the tills and I was told it was because I had had it too long!!! Very very poor service!
