“We were involved in a minor collision on our way to our holiday, the car buckled our bike rack which was holding our boot box and our luggage. We limped to Tiverton where I had found a replacement in stock - hurrah! We wanted to keep it to see if it could be repaired at a later date but as we were heading up the line and didn’t have the space we asked if we could leave it for the week. Greg was a legend and let us keep the broken one at Halfords and collect it on our return. Fantastic flexible customer service! Thank you so much.”

“Hi, I have just donated a settee and 2 footstools to the Tiverton branch. Their service was excellent, Dan and Jay came on time were very nice, friendly, polite and very efficient, couldn’t fault anything. On reading some other reviews I was shocked, perhaps some people don’t realise you are donating items good enough to be sold to make money for the charity, they are not a removal firm to get rid of non saleable items. I found the service perfect, this is the third time I have used them. Well done and thank you, I hope my items make you some money.”
