Once they’ve got your money they don’t care.Their customer service team is a disgrace, proposing sticking plaster solutions to any problem that arises. As a consequence you’ll make great friends with the contractors as they will be back repeatedly to fix the same problems time and again.Eventually they just try and...

Lots of problems since moving in e.g faulty heating system, toilet blocked with tilers waste, tumble dryer blocked in my toilet, kitchen unit doors faulty etc. We regret buying this house
