“The Torquay branch was very helpful in guiding me to make sure I ordered the right part for my wife's mini .... radiator... of which there were 2 types. Once I'd selected the correct version I order on line before 4pm, for collection from Torquay.The branched called me just after 8am next day to say the part had arrived and was ready for collection. Such great service. The lady serving me was so helpful and polite. A great credit to EuroParts.The radiator was well packed and was a perfect fit. I'd collected by 11am and my wife's mini was running again by 3pm. .... and I live 40 minutes away from the branch ... and had a coffee break!I will certainly be using this branch again.There is a small, fee car park at the branch. Access is easy for abled / disabled like. The entrance is sign posted, but can be easily missed as there are other signs which can be distracting .... or particularly if travelling too fast. So take it easy ... its a 30 mph, busy road.”
