Always understaffed. Five windows and you are lucky if two are open. Queue is usually long with many customers leaving the queue due to the long wait involved.

Unfortunately I couldn't give a negative or 0 star review. They do not close for lunch at 13:00. I arrived at 12:40 to send a single letter, yet it was closed, supposedly as the queue was too long.... Disgusting, ludicrous and pathetic. The Post Office should be ashamed....!

Only 1 cashier out of 5 open. Massive queues, waited almost an hour just to send a letter.

Just been down to collect parcel 4.30pm as web site said open till 6pm and its closed already what's the point in wasting everyone's time by not updating the site.. the opening times are 9am till 12.00 what rubbish, all the other delivery companys leave with naighbour, thanks again parcel force for your outstanding delivery service not....

Had my passport renewed using the digital services. Was served by Philipina, a really lovely lady who was friendly, professional, and went the extra mile regards customer services. Would highly recommend this hassle free service.

Appalling experience and will not be going back again. Will visit post office in chelston for my needs from now on as it would appear there training is totally lacking. I applied and paid the post office to check my passport application and assumed they knew what they were doing. It wasn't and returned to me and had to be sorted due to post office failings. After paying for a service it is unacceptable and it got worse as foolishly continued going here as gave them benefit of doubt. Today tried unsuccessfully to tax a car and my words fail me after there incompetence. Bad attitude blamed others and there answers were unbelievable. I stood there unsuccessfully and decided to ring DVLA Swansea where it cost me 0.40p per min after getting home and steam by now were coming out of my ears. The whole system sucks as unable to tax online as DVLA site will not work and will not connect to relevant page. Post office wanted to charge me £25.00 eventhough had V5/2 scanned on phone and had to have paper version to send to DVLA. I think they are stuck in a time warp as now we do have technology like smartphones iPad where you can send pictures via many platforms. I am incensed about this as was told yesterday at the same post office that can accept a scanned version. I gave up as was going to tax my car by direct debit they couldn't even find my address which defies belief and totally perplexed what to do to solve it for a CUSTOMER. Apparently due to software upgrade there not able to manually input an address. For heaven's sake I cannot believe this is correct as it was there previously. Anyway rant over but feel sorry for other customers who have to put up with such poor service from once a great icon who has lost its way. On a positive note used DVLA Swansea and paid my car tax in full so now sorted.
