Not the friendliest of staff, in my experience. Service over the Christmas and new year period was not acceptable as they had changed their working hours and were open from 7am (who the hell goes in there at that time) until 1pm latest (sometimes 12 or 12.30). I went there to collect a parcel on Friday 29th Dec at 12:30 and they were closed. I got there around 12:00 the following day as they were closing at 1pm. There was quite a queue, as you would expect and yet one woman was carrying out staff training on some kind of long-winded financial transaction and made no attempt to acknowledge the other customers or put the training on hold until a quieter moment. There was another younger girl in there, although it took her quite a while to actually serve anyone in the shop, all the while the other two women were occupied on training.Also, I was expecting an Evri parcel to be delivered to them but by the time the driver arrived there on the delivery date, the post office had closed. How can you operate as a drop off point for parcels when you are only open half of the day?I only hope that these opening hours are a temporary thing as it's clearly not working.

The lady that served me was rude and didn't act as you would expect from usual (helpful and friendly) post office staff.I went to return an item purchased on amazon via Evri and despite the return instructions informing me that there was no need for me to repackage it, I was told that 'we don't do that here' and that I should've known better. Even showed her the return instructions and was met with a stern look as if it was my fault it wasn't packed for immediate shipping when I was never instructed to do so.I understand there is clearly a miscommunication between Amazon/Evri and the post office but even upon apologising, despite it not being my fault, she continued to be dismissive and unfriendly. Must be tough scanning letters and labels all day I guess.

I arrived an hour before they close (1pm) and a worker shut the door in my face as I was about to go in. With a snarky comment, ?Closed at 1, we?ve been doing this for weeks you should you know this by now?. The website clearly says 2pm close. After I pointed this out the lady complained about staffing issues as she walked off huffing and passing blame onto management. Disgusting behaviour for a staff member in such a nice community.10am - 1pm NOT 2pm.

Post office open same time as shop, Mon-Sat 8am untill 5:30pm and Sun 8am untill noon. This is really helpful as I work shifts. Parcel force txted me to deliver a parcel, I txted back requesting to deliver to my local post office. I then received a txt saying that they have tried to deliver and have left a card? I had no card. So I called this post office and Michelle was very helpful, taking my name address and contact number, saying that Parcel force haven't been today yet, and she will call me when they have and ask the driver whats happening with my parcel. You couldn't ask for a better service, could you! Its a shame Parcel force is not so thoughtful!
