I popped into the Torquay branch yesterday as my glasses had become loose (to say the least). I hadn't purchased my glasses from this branch, but when I asked if they could sort them out for me, the staff , were so obliging. Torquay branch, staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. David Stoyles the optometrist I saw explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Great service all round, I would highly recommend.
