Two staff that were on were the rudest and most unhelpful staff I’ve ever came across. Went to drop off a parcel id booked and paid for online but they refused to take it as they ‘didn’t have room for it’. Two absolute idiots work there. Refused to take a parcel that is paid for and were totally unhelpful.
