I have just spent ten minutes waiting on the phone while the attendant at 10:15 am Sat, 9th October. was chatting in his native tongue on a subsequent call to someone else, having asked me to wait. All I was enquiring was the price of LPG and if it was available. BP really needs to get a grip of its quality of staff! This is completely unacceptable, especially as they are now the only LPG pump in the Bournemouth/Poole conurbation.

Lpg is out of order most of the time. Its my nearest Lpg station so I visit it many times a year but have only managed to fill up with lpg twice in the last 8 months. Maybe BP is a bit short on money and can't afford to fix the pumps?

Only one star due to filthy toilet. Ironic as there is an MFG sign on the toilet door promoting hygiene. Sad. So glad I didnt buy any hot food here before seeing the state of the toilet. Won't be back.

The staff in there are so rude, and blunt.. I waited over 5mins waiting to pay, as one of the guys was filling shelves and i sai can i pay please lots of time, then another visit and guy serving.. well he talked down to me and made feel like a piece ofs#$t.

Not Covid secure. Staff member was stacking shelves wearing no mask and was not social distancing from customers. Not good enough.

The service is pathetic, I was visiting this weekend. The service went through the nighty box, I ordered coffee. Not only did she make the wrong coffee I asked for, I also had to ask for sugar. It?s the cashier out of anger that I want something more from her, throwing that sugar to me like a for a dog. I felt humiliated for coming here to take coffee. I do not recommend coming here. As far as I understand from the comments, this is not the first time I was so "kindly" served. Shame on the bp management for not seeing what?s going on under their noses, and even more ashamed that such disgusting people are still doing the job

Don't deserve even 1 star! Very poor customer service! Three different staff members at three different days have no knowledge how to swip, how to check, how many points you have in this BPme rewards card ? How is this possible!
