Better than most. Usually undermanned though. But can can quickly grab what's needed for car or bike.Certainly some staff who've been around for years much better than others.

I brought my bike in for a free assessment, and the service was perhaps the best I have ever received. A few weeks ago I came in to get some new inner tubes and received helpful advice from Adam, and also Ade. Ade suggested I book my bike in for a free health assessment online. I did so, and left my bike with the team for a few hours whilst I went to work. On return I again spoke to Ade, who tidied up the brakes and did a few other bits, whilst also giving me a bit of an education into how to take better care of my bike! I got the sense that both Ade and Adam really want customers enjoy riding their bikes! 10/10.

Went to change a bulb for the car very poor customer service not listening to the customer at all what the customer wants the guy was rushing he did not give me a chance to choose what price I want I thought he doing a service for himself not for me very bad experience no more Halfords !!!

Great service, I went in after another shop made a bit of a mess of my wheel repair but Adrian who works at bournemouth was able to fix it and took time out of his extremely busy day to get me up and running again! Great service and I know where to go from now on..

Visited today to purchase a child?s bike- Ade and all the team were really helpful. We were disappointed to see that the bike was being advertised as 100£ but was actually 140£ however Ade was very helpful and rectified this for us. HeKnew what he was doing and he was very informative.The bike was already assembled and ready to go- Ade applied the stabilisers affectively for us.We are going to have a very happy 6 year old Christmas day. Very pleased with this particular Halfords? i visited today

I went in to have two dipped beam headlamp bulbs replaced. The technician worked really hard at it, despite it being a far more difficult job than it should have been due to very poor design of my car, and maintained his sense of humour throughout. Not only that, but he identified a cheaper alternative for the bulbs and arranged a refund of the difference. Highly recommended.

I arrived at Halfords Bournemouth late one Friday evening having broken down on the outskirts of Bournemouth. I had a flat battery that would not recharge. The staff at Halfords could not have been more helpful. My battery was quickly replaced by Ellie and I was on my way. My weekend in Bournemouth had been rescued. Superb service from Adrian when buying a bike. Very helpful and shared lots of tips and knowledge. Really made an effort and put in lots of time to make sure i could.ride away with the bike i wanted.

Adrian as very helpful. We bought a bike when we were only looking around for one but are very pleased. Adrian set the bike up for me and when I went back to pick it up it was all ready as promised.
