I have been with the Nationwide for more years than I can remember. Never had a problem with the service provided no matter which branch I've been to. Even to the point of going above and beyond helpful like the time I needed something photo copied which had nothing to do with my account and they happily made a copy for me (that was in the Boscombe branch which has sadly closed now)

Recently opened an account in branch online with the help of one of the lovely ladies. Chose Nationwide because they have a High Street presence still. The fact that the staff are brilliant is an added bonus. It's a pleasure to visit this busy and well staffed branch - keep up the excellent work.

Me and my friend just came in to use the atm we had no idea what we were doing but an amazing lady who I think her name was martina was amazing she taught us everything we needed to know. We will definitely be coming back :)

My first experience in branch. I just opened an account online, but had to go in to verify my I.D. The gentleman who attended me was extremely pleasant, friendly, and welcoming, fast and efficient. He made me feel like a valued customer.
