Well to my horror i got Parking Ticket for £60 pounds not knowing that there is a time limit, under ground dark dirty workmen netting dust and the list goes on i did not see any signs to say 4 hours and all at work where i am did not know either. Just been to the hospital got some bad news so i thought i would go shopping wont be going there again spending at least £100 ponds which im sure the shops need .So the essence is you carnt phone to speak to anyone the letter dated the 19th did not arrive till Saturday so much time to gather evidence so upset and cross no stars and not recommended ..

A reasonably good shopping centre on the outskirts of Bournemouth. Soon to have the only M&S in Dorset when the Poole store closes, reportedly in January 2022. Quite a decent selection of shops, including those located on the opposite side of the road (no Primark unfortunately). Best of all, parking is totally FREE and the parking bays are comfortably wide so no squeezing into ridiculously narrow parking spots. If parking on the upper level is difficult during busy periods, try the ground floor level which usually has plenty of empty spaces.

Unclear signage for disabled parking. Directed to mobility which is on ground floor away from shops!!!! Building work hazards on main shopping floor

Be nicer when it's built. Other towns manage to build decent malls... Bournemouth has an outside row of shops with a collapsing car park taking years to prop up and rebuild ???

Only visited for a covid test at Boots before holiday. Quiet but still issues with the car park and a lot of building work still on progress to make it safe.

It's okay but it just no different to a high street in most towns around here. Argos has closed down. Its just ordinary shops with nothing special to go and look at. Now wow factor.

I was visiting Asda... really like their Stir Fry vegetable packs.. butternut squash one in particular..with the egg noodles and sauce as a £2.50 offer.. excellent value and quality for the price..and their Cooked Ham on the bone pack for £4 is also top draw..Castle point car park though is now a long standing on going issue.. hopefully completed soon

The center is attractive. Everything is there, the parking is free. Juste one problem, the design of the gallery does not shelter the customers. On winter you constantly go from the warmth of the stores to the coldness of the outside. Other than that it's fine

Nice shopping centre with a large variety of stores. The centre has introduced fines if you park too long in excess of 4 hours. I hope they introduce ticketed parking so one can pay for a full day park.

I have been next just before work trying to buy a pair of black shoes for work.
I pick one pair up, with a lots of dusts, also without the price tag on. And go to ask for another one without dust. They said you need a brush and you can do it yourself at home, because we don't have any more in sock. I said i need to wear to work now, i don't have a brush. And they used a cloth trying to get the dust off, this just made them look use, more dust went on the shoes.
They ask me do I still want them or not. I said no. I walked away. Then I can hear they were talk about it wasn't they problem it was the shop working to made them like this.
Can I say, would you clean your shoes up before you put them on the shelf, please?
