I queried the fact that my Parcelforce tracking number wasn?t working. A man called Arran helped enormously and took full responsibility. He chased Parcelforce twice and called me twice with updates. Brilliannt customer service, well done!! ??

i went to pick up my parcel and the employee said my item had not been delivered, and he refused to look, after a while another agent came and found it easily. Staff is impolite and does not do their job properly

The owner and his wife used to work both counters but now their son is the only staff member working on a single counter. He doesn't seem to give a toss about the job or the office and neither do his parents it seems!

Hardly ever seem to be open, and when they are, they have random opening/closing times. Pointless.

Seemingly close whenever they like, you can?t rely on them to be open when they say they are.Worth going to your next closest branch to avoid a wasted trip.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff highly recommended. I have been using this post office for last 4 years many times i had alot off package to send thanks to helpful staff i didn't have to wait they do all for me and keep my recipe on the side. Keep up good work guys ??

Amazingly helpful staff. Gave great advice which saved me lots of money on postage and insurance ( and were VERY kind and understanding when i made an error and needed to reverse and rebook postage and insurance on a parcel ) 10/10 !
