Super unhelpful when their carriers failed to deliver a package two days in a row. Did not knock and left a slip saying I was not home when I in fact was. Said there was nothing they could do and that I had to wait until the next day to get it. I couldn't take off another day of work for a package so I am still stuck without my package when it was their failed delivery. Unwilling to help in any way even when it was their fault.

Check the opening times as they may have changed since you last went. Very helpful and friendly man at the counter.

I visited this delivery office a few years ago because I needed some information about a delivery. I had to join a long queue, which was due to coronavirus restrictions. The employees were kind and helpful although they were not able to help me.

Not updated their hours. Only open 6hrs/day, 4 days/week! Wasted trip.Who even needs mail more than once a week? Evri aren't great but they charge enough that they're not mostly the supplier of adverts and their collection points are mostly open.When they privatised Royal Mail, they didn't privatise it enough. Wouldn't happen to a money making business.

My parcel arrived there, I went there to pick up, they said it's not there, even though I showed the email notification. They sent me to the Lansdown to the collection point. They showed me there (they took the effort to type in the tracking number, not like the other lady in the PO) and it showed exactly that is there. So I walked back and forced them to look around. Under 1 minute they found it. They couldn't even provide me the correct phone number to royal mail, so I gave it to them. Next time please type in my tracking number and check in the system before you say that you don't remember any royal mail parcel from this week.

OK but push the red cards as trained through the letter box not leave in letterbox , only happens when regular postie not on , and look at correct door bells and numbers as Been in twice when card left in letterbox and not rang correct doorbell with biggest number on it , everyone else does it fine
