Joke of a store. Not the first time we have had bad service - well no service at all. They seriously need a person to sit and watch how they conduct business and themselves. Not only us in store today with problems. We will not be returning to this store.

Welcome by staff member at reception desk. Guided to waiting area, didn't wait long (about 10 minutes). Very competent staff: Diagnostic Freya, eye test completed by Vikki, advised by Charlotte with shape of frames- met by request. I didn't wait long to collect glasses- about 2 weeks and I was assisted by Claire.Thank you very much for your service

I was served by a very welcome team and their expertise make me feel so relaxed. I was able to receive all the care and my prescribed Lenses and lovely frames.

One of the staff (northern fella with beard and glasses) wasn't concentrating and ordered completely the wrong frames. He faffed around and pushed a lense out of the wrong glasses then tried to fit it into the correct pair, I don't know why because you could see they were the different shape!I now have to wait another 2 weeks for the correct ones. I hope he gets it right this time. At £400, I will try another company for my next set of glasses.

I chose a pair of Black Marc Jacobs glasses, but later realised I had been given tortoise shell. The shape of the glasses are also slightly different. I can't go to the shop to complain as I have had to return to Italy due to family problems. Other than this glaring error, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was told I couldn?t have my appointment on a weekend. I advised in the week would be tight due to my work load. I rang to say I would be a couple of minutes late so I couldn?t have my appointment. I lost half wages then had the incompetent member of staff argue with me on the phone. The staff then dropped himself in it saying I could have had a weekend appointment all along. So I lost half a days wages and my appointment. I?ve used them 20 years but I won?t be after this.

Jon was amazing today, i explained i was on holiday and my frame from Whitechapel london specsavers broke he found the same frame and said go shopping for 30 mins and he would have it all sorted for £50 as it wasnt covered as it was accidental damage. Thank you so much Jon you made the rest of my holiday worth seeing . Bad pun lmfao

Have been going here for years. But it's gone down hill, all new staff all running around doing nothing. Very poor service, and extremely slow, even though I had an appointment ,30mins before I was seen, then after eye test just told to choose A pair of glasses, no help no advice , so I seem to do was waite and waite. They don't read your records and the prices have gone up extremely, frames very thin. I will not be returning .

Another horrible customer service experience I will be changing to your Bournemouth store for eye tests and ordering my contacts through an online company, Stuart at you boscombe branch was very rude on the phone, didn't apologise once for the delay in service and spoke over me. Judinging by the below reviews other people have been met with the same hospitality. As no one can possibly open the contact lense teams deliveries even though they are not in today I have been waiting a week for contacts I could have got in 2 days and at a cheaper price. No longer worth supporting my local branch.
