Very friendly, helpful receptionist and staff ever. Great first impression of hotel, superb location - 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 min to the town centre. We have stayed in over 30 Travelodges in different UK locations and this was the best one.It was clean with excellent service during breakfast time. Food was good, freshly cooked, buffet refilled regularly. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Our room was spotless, smelled beautifully and with crisp bed sheets.Iwona's team - Ania, Dorota and Amalia did great job, they were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and stressless. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back!Thank you!

We always stay at this lovely hotel each time we visit Boscombe. We always have lovely rooms, lovely staff, lovely food and drink. The lady on reception who has checked us in the last 2 times is so lovely I wish I took her name! We last checked in about 4pm on the 14/2/24 and she was there to greet us again and remembered us from our last visit which was so lovely of her. She helped us with our parking issue and is always so friendly and helpful ? so thank you ?Nearby activities: O2 academy and beachWalkability: Short walk into the town centre with shops and restaurants

Would give a minus if possible, we are 4people aged 60 to 74 we arrived and given our keys,we checked the mattresses and found they were all badly stained,we informed reception and they gave us 2 more rooms, these were the most disgusting rooms we have ever been offered, the mattresses were covered in fresh blood, urine and feaces.these mattresses can contain bacteria, HIV, hepatitis,e.coli and staphylococcus aureus, these mattresses can cause serious breathing issues and long term damage to your lungs.we took videos and photos, the management said that they could not find any clean mattresses in the hotel and told us that we had to leave, we were put out onto the street.3 of these people have various disabilities and 1 has been fighting prostate cancer for 4 years.you need to check all your mattresses when you arrive,if you are already in the hotel look at your mattresses thoroughly, even covid can stay in the mattresses for at least two days.there are at least nine other hotels in this company that have similar problems, do not stop at the Travelodge they informed us that it's not a problem.we complained to Travelodge CEO who has totally refused to act,its a serious health and safety issue, and public health problem, they have also broken discrimination laws against people with disabilities.we have had to take the next step in order to prevent this from continuing to happen.updates will follow.please check your mattresses,if there's a problem, photograph it and video what you find, list the hotel and where it's located, you are in law intitled to compensation.there is a serious health problem.stay safe not sorry. Those who gave good reviews, ask yourself did we check the mattresses?we have contacted environmental health Bournemouth and they have said that there is no issues with the mattresses, they said that the mattress was destroyed, but the other 3 must still be being used in the hotel, people are sleeping on these at this very moment, all covered in bacteria, environmental health stated that the mattress covers protect the mattresses, so what state was the mattress cover when the cleaners found all that blood feaces and bodily fluids in the morning.stay away from Travelodge hotels,if you are in a Travelodge check your mattresses.

The upsides: Cheap and cheerful. Room was clean. Warm.Downsides: The main access door to my floor slams loudly every time someone uses it (which seemed pretty constant from midnight onwards!)- which kept waking me up. Then, was woken up by noise outside (laundry / deliveries?) at 5.30am! Not a restful night...Oh, and my car was broken in to!!Rear window smashed. Was parked in underground car park under CCTV. Police report submitted but am not expecting to hear anything. Staff were aware of people in the carpark but not a lot they can do I guess...

So called Disabled room, on the 3rd floor, I say Disabled room, not even got a walk in shower, only over the bath.Only one disabled parking space, the female polish manager, more interested in telling me to move my car, as outside the entrance, then finding out whose car is parked in the Disabled bay, with no Disabled badge. No extension lead for my breathing machine, as sealed plugs near the bed, so had to drag single bed, over to the TV area, to plug in my breathing machine. I was expecting a double bed, single bed only big enough, in width, for a child. Ridiculously narrow.Food & drinks: Female on breakfast, didn't know what items were Vegan. Said ask reception. She was not too good with English. Chap clearing, Management type, worked in various countries, so great English, helpful and friendly.
