Brilliant service from the team at Ride Bridport Ltd! I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted when shopping for a new bike. The team were very knowledgeable and helpful. I visited a few bike shops to compare ranges / prices etc. Ride offered the best all round deal for price, quality and service. I would highly recommend Ride and will be going back in the future. Thanks for your help guys!

My road bike required a tricky emergency repair to be done urgently. Their customer service was outstanding, right from my initial phone call through to job completion the following day. Would also give them 10 stars if possible. Cannot recommend the ?Ride? team highly enough.

I can't speak highly enough of the service I have received at Ride Bridport, I would give them ten stars if I could! A problem arose with the motor on my Canyon E bike and all Canyon UK would say is well your bike is 6 months out of guarantee, tough! However Jake at Ride said no this isn't right I will take this up with Bosch UK for you, and after two months of e-mail dialogue Bosch HQ in Germany agreed to replace the motor on my Canyon E bike as a gesture of goodwill, if it hadn't have been for Jake at Ride this would have cost me A lot of money! proof once more that you cannot beat your local bike shop I don't think I would buy another bike on the web! Many thanks to Jake and the team at Ride Bridport, you guys are stars!

Amazing bike shop! All the team are great however Jason is super helpful and repositioned my bike to make it more fun and less hard on my back (injury)! Would always recommend!
