“The first day of our holiday was a disaster. Our car broke down just outside Yeovil, so had to call out our Breakdown Service, who fitted a new water pump. 3 miles into the journey, the car overheated again. I phoned the Service again but they refused to come out as it was for the same problem and it is their policy to not come out for the same problem under 28 days! I explained that my husband was disabled but all they would do was send a transporter to take us back to the holiday cottage!However, we were less than half a mile from Eagle Autos. I phoned and told them the situation, who then came out within a few hours and took our car away. They tested everything and had it sorted in a couple of days. They were extremely kind and thorough. I would have every confidence, should we need them in the future! Thank you so much Pete and Liz. You are very kind and understanding.”

Diagnosed the problem, got the part in, and got van back on the road inside 24 hours.
