"On Tuesday 18th April, my wife took back a shirt purchased from Mountain Warehouse as it had a weaving fault. The shirt was purchased in September 2016, worn twice and then put away for the spring. The male assistant was very rude to her insisting the weave fault was caused by a cut, even though my wife tried to show him how the weave only went in one direction at the fault and if it had been cut the ends would have frayed. We have not been able to find the email receipt that the assistant said would be sent when she bought the shirt. In conclusion, Mountain Warehouse were very unsympathetic to their customer concerns."
