I?ve been to this shop several times since moving to Dorset. It?s a nice shop and most of the staff are pleasant. Unfortunately I?m giving it 2 stars, not because of any of the products but because of one of the members of staff (an older, taller blond lady with glasses)When I entered the shop she scolded me for not placing the hand sanitiser back on the table (it had been knocked off the table before I entered) I didn?t notice it and she apologised when I explained. I went in just to browse but when I was examining the dog beds she seemed frustrated with me and complained about Covid-19. (I saw her in Waitrose the same day without her mask even though she had a mask on in her workplace)

Fabulous shop and fabulous assistants who can't do enough for you and the prices are normally very good to, plus they have a very good range of products. I shop there around 3 x a week.
