Just a quick one, I was a member of this practise for nearly 30 years and was always happy with my care, although the welcome wasn?t always friendly.Over the last couple of years, due to ill health, I had been unable to attend the clinic for checkups (missed 3 maybe 3 appointments) and when I called today was told I had been taken off their register and would need to re-register as new and take up denplan.After being a loyal client for so long, it would have been nice to receive some communication, with reminders that I needed to book (which used to happen) or that I was no longer on their register.Unfortunately, proof that there is no loyalty.

I attended an appointment as an emergency. My confidence was suffering due to issue with a front tooth. Kevin fixed my tooth and allowed me to smile with confidence again. I came with a long list of questions which he answered with care. I am so grateful for meeting with him and would without a doubt choose him as my permanent dentist, if only i lived in the country. Thank you. The receptionist was also an absolute delight. Friendly and approachable. Keep doing what you are doing :)

I have been using this dentist surgery for over 50 years. Kevin Brown made a huge difference to my dental health when he took over the practice. He initially spent considerable time stabilising my teeth. As a result my teeth are now in a very good condition. I am very pleased with both the service and professionalism at this surgery. Recently Kevin Brown carried out emergency treatment to a broken tooth at very short notice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic team. I had some urgent treatment that was needed and was acommodated very quicky. My "nerves" were settled very quickly by Kev and his team and now I can sleep soundly. Thank you guys. I'll definitley be back more reguarly.

Kevin Brown and his team have just completed my 4 new crowns! They are excellent and I am so pleased with the work. Going to the dentist doesn't worry me but spending over an hour in the chair for the first visit, I was made to feel relaxed and there was always a joke to keep me going!I really am pleased with my new 'teeth' - the previous ones lasted 35 years so maybe these will too!I would certainly recommend the practice and the pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. Thank you

Having been told by my dentist that I was imagining pain, I saw Dr Brown as an emergency patient as I was away from home and in considerable pain. Dr Brown listened to me and immediately diagnosed the problem which he confirmed following an X-ray. I am now pain free for the first time in years. A lovely practice and great team where you are listened to and made to feel welcome and valued. Thank you Dr Brown and team.

Having been scared of dentists from a young age I used to need Valium to have any procedures done, but since joining Broadway dental all my fears have gone. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable & skilled dentists meaning that even the injections don't hurt. They really do listen & help in every way. Been going there for 10+ years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Even my dental health has improved under their care. Kids now registered there too. New premesis & all the latest technology available. Highly recommended.
