I have had NHS hearing aids for nearly ten years, with the lockdown etc I don't think they have been able to provide the quality of service.I decided as I have been finding it very difficult to hear and understand what my grandchildren have been saying I felt I needed to find some help.The staff at Amplifon were really helpful, not promising to completely solve my problems but we're able to offer an improvement as technology had advanced since my aids had been supplied and there was a wider range of aids available than could be provided under the NHSI received one of the most detailed hearing tests I have ever experienced. Everything was explained along with graphical results from the tests undertaken.Each stage of the process was explained without any pressure selling of any products.I was fitted with a set of aids on a trial basis, no payment was required at that time although prices and support services were explained.I have now had the aids on the trial for nearly two weeks and am due to return for any adjustments and to further discuss the costings in a few days.I will have no hesitation in completing the purchase of these aids.They have made a tremendous difference to my life, they are not 100% perfect and may improve even more when I return to the store and they are adjusted as necessary.I was really surprised at the overall price, support provided, quality of service, trust and care provided and have no hesitation in recommending the service offered by this company.
