“We were on the way to see the caern giant and wanted to stop for something to eat. There were a few places to choose from but as soon as we popped our heads in at the new inn we were very warmly greeted and welcomed in. The lady that served us was extremely friendly and credit to the establishment. She recommended the shrimp burgers and the way she described them made them sound so delicious two of our party didn’t even need to look at the menu. Everything was delicious and fresh and we would eat there everyday if we could.”

“Just returned from an amazing week in one of your lodges and it was amazing beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless if I was to give any advice I would maybe think of adding a shower to the bathroom with the bath as a family of 5. Four adults had to share the same bathroom as we preferred showers to a bath but other than that we had a great stay thank you. I have added some pictures of the view absolutely stunning and the horse.”

“This store normally has what I am looking for in a local convenience shop. Can get busy at times and will no doubt get busier when the new housing estate nearby is complete. Co-op should be looking at larger premises in he area.....”

“It's easy to find fault, and yes, it's tricky to know exactly when the shop closes to take deliveries since the pandemic (usually some time between 11 - 2) BUT the shop has continued to function and support the local community throughout all the lockdowns over the last year and for that I will always be grateful. The staff are friendly and helpful and they stock an amazing amount, considering the size of the shop!”

“Nice shop, friendly staff, please note Post Office opens 9am, not 7am to 6pm as shown in Google search results (google search ‘Post Office Charminster’).”

“Visited Dorchester branch of Robert Dyas to buy an ironing board. Got excellent recommendation from a member of staff. I am now the proud owner of an extremely smart ironing board. Very many thanks!”

“My much preferred convenience store to stop off on my way home from work, easy parking, always seems well stocked with a great range of beers, wines and plenty of deals on offer.”

“Very broad range, good quality products, well presented. Offering price match to likes of Aldi on a few products. But overall a very pricey experience. Most customers having to use self checkout. Dont know how so many users can justify spending ££'s more on their basic shop, versus say Aldi/Lidl, and then claim they're short of money.”
