“We were on the way to see the caern giant and wanted to stop for something to eat. There were a few places to choose from but as soon as we popped our heads in at the new inn we were very warmly greeted and welcomed in. The lady that served us was extremely friendly and credit to the establishment. She recommended the shrimp burgers and the way she described them made them sound so delicious two of our party didn’t even need to look at the menu. Everything was delicious and fresh and we would eat there everyday if we could.”

“Just returned from an amazing week in one of your lodges and it was amazing beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless if I was to give any advice I would maybe think of adding a shower to the bathroom with the bath as a family of 5. Four adults had to share the same bathroom as we preferred showers to a bath but other than that we had a great stay thank you. I have added some pictures of the view absolutely stunning and the horse.”

“Nice shop, friendly staff, please note Post Office opens 9am, not 7am to 6pm as shown in Google search results (google search ‘Post Office Charminster’).”

“I popped in here once for some Fairy Liquid and lo and behold - it was there! Truly a saviour as I was passing through Evershot. In all seriousness, it's a handy little shop and it sells the essentials. Evokes pleasant memories of years gone by with its quaint appearance.”

“Good selection of corner-shop items including wine & other beverages, milk, bread, fruit and vegetables, newspapers and magazines (delivery available) , some frozen foods etc etc. The Post Office department provides a good service and it is the local drop off point for Amazon deliveries. Definitely a handy shop for locals.”

“I would like to say a massive well done to all the staff in this Post Office. They work extremely hard under trying times. The knowledge they have about so many things is amazing. I think people who have posted negative comments still think the PO is all about putting stamps on letters. It is so much more, more than most retail companies. There work load has increased so much over the years, with banks closing they are busier than ever. But they continue to do there best. People say they are grumpy they aren't, give them some slack they are stressed and exhausted and receive abuse from customers everyday on things totally out of there there control. These people are only human. Be kind. I also want to commend them on there appearance alway smart and I love coming in to see the beautiful nails, and pixie hair cuts. Keep up the good work.”

“Okay, we all know that Royal Mail sorting offices don't have a great reputation. But these guys were really helpful this morning, so based on today's performance, they deserve a 5 star review. Well done guys!”
